Closing. Raging.

All the papers to be signed

When HusBand returns from his arduous day of work, we shall sign the papers pictured above thus ridding us of the house I purchased in Killeen, TX in 2007. Thanks to the housing crash, this house did not appreciate, in fact the whole neighborhood went to crap and foreclosures are rampant. Something about troop strength decreasing at Fort Hood, over saturation of new housing developments, and other myriad factors further worsened the situation.

No, I can afford the mortgage AND cost of monthly utilities. It's just stupid to pay it when I'm never going back there (if I can help it) and there's no light at the end of the tunnel where the value of this house is concerned and the likelihood of getting decent money for it. I'll start applying the money saved from the mortgage and (f)utilities to replace the gouging I'm about to get you-know-where.

I have to wire about $20k to the title company company later today. Hard earned deployment money. Gone. Screw you Amanda.

Well, some people choose different spending behavior in their youth. Other people choose X, Y, and Z that stays with them their whole lives. I chose real estate. Look how well that turned out.

Really, really angry today.

Sell it before the tenants destroy it!

There will be a few stiff drinks consumed tonight.

>:-(
