Well here it is, the big day. So far it's been fun, except for the dark skies and rain we've had here. We shopped it up at DSW, TJ Maxx (HusBand now understands), and Best Buy.
Then out for an incredible dinner at

The pasta course did me in. I should have just cried uncle there. It was so delicious. I could barely continue after that.

We were going to take the metro home, but decided on a cab after seeing the next train wouldn't be there for 20 minutes.
The best part about anniversary day - it wasn't really stressful at all.

Tomorrow needs to be a dedicated clean up and reorganization day. There's a lot of clutter in this tiny apartment.
Feng Shui is badly needed.

It really is funny. We had a great time. Kris made dinner plans and decreed that henceforth he will be in charge of even years and I have odd numbered years. Hmmm....
Hmmmm..is right. Your next anniversary falls on an 'even' year.....He will be in charge yet again!!!! ha! I think he likes being in charge of the special events!
Ha! Hilarious. I will bring that up in negotiations.
